Anthem Snacks Serves United’s Loyal Customers
Anthem Snacks launched on United Airlines flights in November 2021. The company has been offering its snacks to customers of United Airlines for the past 18 months. To kick off the partnership, the Anthem Snacks, and United 4 Veterans team teamed up to hand out jerky to passengers on Veterans day in Denver and the Dulles Airport. This partnership with United Airlines has been crucial for Anthem Snacks in its second year of business, reaching new heights and audiences.
Anthem Snacks and United Airlines’ partnership is an important milestone for the company, allowing them to serve United’s loyal customers. Kouhana and the Anthem Snacks team are incredibly proud of their performance throughout this partnership serving over 1.6 million bags to customers on flights in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
For Kouhana, this partnership with United Airlines has been remarkable on a personal level, as his dad was the head chef for Continental Airlines in the 90s (before the United merger). Kouhana’s dad took great pride in his work, and he has fond memories of showing up at IAH and seeing him do his thing in the kitchen. Unfortunately, Kouhana’s dad passed away a year earlier, but he would be proud of this moment and his son’s company’s success. The “globe” logo of United Airlines, which first appeared in 1991, still brings a nostalgic feeling to Kouhana as it reminds him of his dad’s work at Continental Airlines. This partnership with United Airlines has allowed Kouhana to honor his dad’s legacy.
